Yale-NUS College LogoYale-NUS College — A liberal arts college established in 2011 in collaboration between Yale University and the National University of Singapore. It is the first liberal arts college in Singapore and one of the few in Asia. As a residential college, Yale-NUS integrates living and learning in a highly interdisciplinary environment. There will be 1000 students and 100 faculty members when it becomes fully operational.

State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry (SUNY-ESF) — SUNY-ESF is the oldest institution in the United States dedicated to environmental scholarship. It is integrated with the State University of New York System and Syracuse University. This is another highly interdisciplinary institutions, with an environment conducive to both research collaboration and environmental advocacy.

Many of these programs and centers relate to environmental studies. The Maxwell School is known for its strength on environmental policy, conflict and collaboration.
